____18____ You might feel discouraged (沮丧的) even before you start. But in fact, every big project can be done easily if you do it step by step. First, divide your task into smaller parts. This can get rid of the fear of having to finish a huge project all at once. Just focus on one small part at a time, and you’ll find the task is not so hard.
____19____
If there are a lot of things in your workplace that take your attention away, you need to make some changes. Maybe you should take your phone or TV out of your workplace. If people often come to chat with you, you may need to move to another place. A quiet and distraction-free environment can help you focus on your work and work more efficiently.
☆Follow the five - minute rule
The most difficult thing about any task is starting it. ____20____ But this often makes them feel more stressed. One way to solve this problem is to schedule (安排) a time daily to work on your big project. Work on it for only five minutes. Then decide whether or not to continue.
