Happiness is something different for each of us and can change in different situations. However, there are some things that can help improve our mood (心情) when we’re feeling unhappy. Experts believe that exercise can make us happier. It is because exercise gives off chemicals (化学物质) that make us happy in our brain. And the chemicals have something with a feeling of pleasure. There’s another surprising idea to help make us happier. We may think that eating chocolate is bad for us but it seems good to eat chocolate when we’re feeling sad. According to some researches, eating chocolate can make us feel happy. It’s also important to remember that we can’t be happy all the time. There are ups and downs in our life. We have to face different kinds of feelings no matter they are good or bad. But we can also be happy for small things.
