我们可以用a lot of, a little, a few, (not) much,
(not) many和no来谈论数量。
(1) We have to stay in the city for a few days.
(2) There are many books on the desk.
(3) I have a little money on me.
(4) Let's hurry. We don't have much time left.
(5) I ate a lot of bread this morning.
(6) There's no food left in the fridge.
(1) There isn't much sugar in the cupboard.
(2) You spent too much time on computer games.
(3) There's a little water in the bottle.
(4) Mike ate too little rice so he was hungry.
much, too much, a little, too little可以用来修饰不可数名词。

too much意为“太多”
a little意为“一点;少量”

many, too many, a few, too few可以用来修饰可数名词。

(1) He has a lot of/no/enough water in this bottle.
(2) There are a lot of/no/enough apples in the box.
no, a lot of, enough可以用来修饰可数名词和不可数名词。
① a lot of: 意为“很多”
② no: 意为“没有”
③ enough: 意为“足够”

II. 使用中的注意事项
1. 我们在肯定句中常用a lot of,在否定句中常用much,many既可用于肯定句,也可用于否定句。

2. enough修饰名词时,放在名词之前。
(1) How much money do you need?
(2) How many apples are there in the basket?
3. 当询问数量时,常用how many和how much。
how many用于询问可数名词, how much用于
询问不可数名词。
