单元分析
初中共有6本英语教材,看似杂乱无章的6本英语教材实质上是有内在联系的,外研版教材以话题为纲,同一个话题在全套教材中反复出现,不同年级有不同的体现,逐步扩展加深。比如关于“旅游”这一主题,七年级下册M10 A Holiday Journey Unit 2邮件话题 “My Holiday in Paris”,八年级下册M 8Time off Unit 2邮件话题“Wonderful Time in Zhangjiajie”,九年级上册M 2 Public Holidays!同一话题不同内容紧密联系有梯度地贯穿整个初中教材。因此我依托教材,整合话题,以话题为纲将六册书(64个模块)进行整合,整合为六大类(1)写人叙事类、(2)活动介绍类、(3)咨询建议类、(4)故事剧本类、(5)观点看法类、(6)太空科技类。初中6本教材中有21个模块在讲“写人叙事类”,因此“写人叙事类”在初中英语教学中占得比重最多(32.8%)。这节课首先通过阅读写人叙事类的文章,突破英语中考专项(阅读理解);然后打破常规对阅读材料再次整合,学生讨论、分析、回答wh问题,突破中考专项(任务型阅读);研读阅读材料,画出思维导图,总结归纳如何写“写人叙事类”的文章,进而突破另一个中考专项(书面表达)。语言学习的最终目的是教会学生学生如何学习,并非成为做题的“机器”,整合模块话题,理清教材有益于提高学生英语思维能力。
学情分析
经过三年的初中英语学习,九年级学生基本上已经具备了学习英语的能力。他们能听懂简单的英语对话,能读懂英语文章,能用所给的词汇对图片进行简单地描述,能从文章中获取基本的信息,也能根据内容提示写出小片段......那么如何在有限的时间内训练学生的语言交际能力,提高学生的语言思维,渗透立德树人,这就要求我们老师要与时俱进,更新教育理念,更要整合教材,注重学生创新人格、创新思维的培养。

2. 通过观看张桂梅的视频,了解回顾她为中国教育事业所做的贡献,问题的设计再次引发学生进一步思考,从而启发学生对张老师的无私奉献产生敬佩之情,培养学生敢于担当和奉献意识。

通过阅读关于疫情期间志愿者的文章,获取有关钟南山、李兰娟、汪勇和李文亮的基本信息,形成结构化知识(个人情况,抗疫所作所为和贡献);

巧妙借助中国地图回顾今天所学的内容。
结合习近平思想进教材,进课堂,进师生头脑,以奥运跳水冠军全红婵、李子柒、聂海胜、王兰花等人的故事为例,培养孩子爱国情怀和传承孝敬老人的中华传统美德;激发孩子的文化自信和民族自豪感。
分层、有梯度的作业布置有利于学生的发展。作业一巩固今天所学内容,夯实基础,作业二启发学生介绍心中的偶像,培养学生思维灵活性,启发学生独立思考,能“举一反三”地运用已学到的知识,激发学生潜能。

教学反思
预设反思:
(1)以话题为纲,整合教材,本节课以写人叙事为核心,突破中考英语中的专项,板书设计特别,板书左边表格内容(三个问题)始终贯穿整个课堂,高度浓缩了今天所学内容,为绘制写人叙事类的思维导图打下了坚实的基础,充分地做好了铺垫,有效地突破了教学难点;板书右边 “love”的设计更是对本节课核心价值观的体现,抗疫视频启发学生思考得出offer、valuable, 张桂梅老师的视频引导学生领悟effort的深远意义,legend更是启迪学生珍惜现在生活,努力奋进,不负韶华。
(2)本节课在突破中考阅读理解时,充分利用希沃白板中各种动画,巧设转盘游戏,通过转盘小组各自领取任务,以采访的形式有效地完成了表格,绘制思维导图,通过小组reporter汇报从而更深层次地理解文章;小组比赛自始至终贯穿课堂,比赛结果以希沃班级优化大师呈现,充分调动了学生的积极性和求知的欲望,使练习巩固不再枯燥, 打破了枯燥无味的九年级课堂教学。
(3)本节课中巧妙地将人物与地图相结合,形象生动地总结所学内容,体现学科之间相融合,承上启下,简单明了。作业分层布置,内容仍然以写人叙事类素材为主,不仅是对本节课知识的促进和延伸,而且也有效地锻炼了学生的英语思维。
过程反思:
(1)本节课在进行小组活动时,当reporter汇报结束时,其他组可以问任意问题,问题的设计难易度不同,有的还会问重复的问题,有的学生问的问题不知如何回答,比如:Why was Wang Yong a delivery driver ? 等等。一部分学生能听懂一般疑问句,但回答的却是特殊疑问句。
(2)四组进行组与组之间的评价,评价出最佳小组时,有的学生始终认为自己的小组就是最佳小组,那么如何进行现场点评,评出最佳小组,这是课前没法预知的,对老师提出了更高的要求,要求老师能随机应变,要有机智,更要具有课堂智慧。
(3)右边板书“love”预设在看完张桂梅视频时,阐述它的意义。然而在授课时发现效果不好,有些牵强,灵活将板书“love”放在结束语之后自然阐述,所谓水到渠成。
效果反思:
教无定法,学无止境,外研版教材更是,这就要求我们老师敢于整合教材,开发属于适合我们自己的课程。本节课整合模块,开发专题,以主题为引领,以语篇为依托,以问题为框架,以任务为目标,突破中考专项,形成梯度,从而提高教学效率。面对九年级时间紧,任务重,更要学会整合,而不是盲目地讲题。一节好的英语课是有灵魂,有血有肉的,一张表格囊括了今天所学内容,也体现了写人叙事类这一主线,自然而然为书面表达奠定了基石,解决了学生面对作文束手无策的难题,然而学生的思维导图还待完善,口头输出还需加强,口语还需训练。
