Lang Ping, a professional volleyball player and legendary coach, is loved by fans both at home and abroad. Undoubtedly, she is considered the legend of volleyball.
Lang Ping, known as the"Iron Hammer", was born in Tianiin, China on 10 December 1960. She started playing volleyball when she was 13, and in 1978, she was selected into the national team. Committed to volleyball, she obtained numerous awards.After Lang Ping had retired from the volleyball team, she took up a position as a volleyball coach. After years of efforts, she led China to a gold medal triumph in the Rio Olympic Games in 2016, making her the first person to win the Olympic volleyball gold as a player and coach in China.
