Step 2 Work on A 1.Listen to Simon talking about his neighbours and write down the job and work place of each person mentioned in the recording. 2.Play the recording again and check the answers.Then ask students to match each person with the right picture. 3.Explain the new words and phrases in the box. Step 3 Work on B 1.Ask students to listen to the conversation between Amy and Simon and think about the questions:“What’s Simon’s neighbourhood like?” “What are Amy’s neighbours like?” “How do Amy’s neighbours help others?” 2.Listen again and check. 3.Explain the language points in the conversation and prepare some exercises for students. Step 4 Work on C 1.Encourage students to imitate the conversation and talk about their own neighbours with their partners. 2.Invite some students to show their conversations in class. 3.Give them positive feedback and correct any mistakes. ◇教学反思◇ 　　本课时通过图片展示和听力练习,学生对社区和邻里相关的词汇有了初步认识,大部分学生能够积极参与课堂对话,但在描述社区和邻居时,部分学生语言表达不够丰富。后续教学可增加相关词汇的拓展和口语练习。 1 立足安徽 精准备考 1 / 1 学科网（北京）股份有限公司 $$
