◇教学过程◇
Step 1 Leading in
1.Greet the students as usual.
2.Share some interesting facts about different houses around the world.
Step 2 Work on A
1.Ask students to read the information about different houses in China and underline the key words and phrases.
2.Think and answer the questions:“Where can you see a bamboo house?” “What do you like about each kind of house above?Why?”
3.Check the answers with the students.
Step 3 Work on B
1.Listen to the introductions of three students’ homes and ask students to complete the notes while listening.
2.Play the recording for a second time.Correct the answers.
3.Ask students to listen to the recording again and imitate the pronunciation and intonation.
Step 4 Work on C
1.Read the conversation between Amy and Sandy silently first.Then answer some questions about the conversation:“Where does Sandy want to live and why?” “What about Amy?”
2.Explain the language points in the conversation.
3.Ask some students to role⁃play the conversation in pairs.
4.Ask the students to discuss where they would like to live in pairs.Use the conversation in C as a model.
5.Invite some pairs to show their conversations.
Step 5 Work on D
1.Work on D1
(1)Ask students to complete the questionnaire about their dream homes with their own information.
(2)After completion,ask some students to share their answers with the class.
2.Work on D2
(1)Ask students to read Millie’s article about her dream home and underline the useful expressions and sentence structures.
(2)Discuss these expressions and structures with the students and explain how to use them.
3.Work on D3
(1)Ask students to write an article about their dream home based on their answers in D1,using Millie’s article as a model.
(2)Leave them several minutes to do this task individually.
(3)After finishing,let students read each other’s article and then give suggestions.
◇教学反思◇
通过本节课的整合训练,学生能够较好地运用所学知识进行听说读写活动,但在写作过程中,部分学生的文章内容不够丰富,语言表达较为单一。在今后的教学中,应加强写作指导,提供更多的写作素材和范文,引导学生进行模仿和创新。
