Step 2 Pre⁃reading 1.Before reading,ask students to think about the two questions. (1)What is your home like? (2)What do you like to do at home? 2.Invite some students to share their answers. 3.Ask students to read the blog posts quickly and match the general idea of each one. Step 3 While⁃reading 1.Ask students to read the blog posts carefully and silently for the first time and think about the following questions.Encourage them to underline the words or sentences they don’t understand. (1)What is Li Mengtian’s home like? (2)What’s Neil’s favourite place? (3)Where does Femi live? 2.Check the answers together. 3.Work on A (1)Let students complete the chart in A with the information in the blog posts. (2)Check and correct the answers. 4.Work on B (1)Ask students to read the blog posts again and write a T if a sentence is true or an F if it is false. (2)Ask students to correct the false ones.Explain the reasons for the answers. Step 4 Post⁃reading 1.Divide students into groups of four and ask them to discuss the questions:“Which home do you like best and why?” “What are the similarities and differences between these three homes?” 2.Ask several groups to report their discussion results to the class.Encourage other students to ask questions or add their own opinions. 3.Ask students to summarise the main content of the three blog posts in their own words and write it down on a piece of paper.Then ask a few students to read out their summaries. 4.Check and give the feedback. ◇教学反思◇ 　　在本次阅读课中,学生通过阅读三篇博客对不同家庭的生活有了更深入的了解。学生们能够完成大部分阅读任务,但在理解一些长难句和总结归纳文章内容方面仍存在不足。在后续教学中,可增加长难句分析的专项练习;同时,加强对学生总结归纳能力的训练,如提供更多的框架和模板,帮助学生有条理地总结文章要点。 1 立足安徽 精准备考 1 / 1 学科网（北京）股份有限公司 $$
