41. C。根据下文的a three-course meal、her hobby of buying food、new recipes、share my passion for food等信息可知,首句中提到的healthy addiction指的是烹饪(cooking)。
It’s a great opportunity to share my passion for food and to ... new people
Sometimes she prepares traditional Brazilian dishes ... other times she ... dinner courses with her favorite beers. 以及... realise her dream with a great deal of freedom、discover new experiences 等信息可推断,Ribeiro烹饪时有很大的自由发挥空间,她会试做(trying out)新的食谱。

50. A。 The platform has enabled Ribeiro to realise her dream with a great deal of freedom
52. A。根据上文的the menu is known in advance 可推知,餐馆的菜品没有新意,surprise符合语境。
54. D。根据上文的it can sometimes take days 和下文的a single event 可推知,这里是说Ribeiro在家筹备(organise)宴会活动有时候要花数天时间。
55. B。根据本句中的not only... for professional cooks, but also for those willing to discover new experiences.
