I. Teaching Objectives

III. Teaching Procedures
Step 1: Warm-up
(1)Show images of people engaged in activities such as spending time with family, achieving goals, or practicing mindfulness. Ask students: “What makes these people happy?” and “What do you think happiness means?”
(2)Write their responses on the board and introduce the topic of the lesson: "The Secrets of Happiness."
Step 2: Vocabulary Introduction
1. Present Key Vocabulary:
(1)Introduce new words related to happiness and emotions, such as contentment, gratitude, well-being, satisfaction, joy, and peace. Write them on the board and provide simple definitions.
Happiness: A feeling of joy and contentment.
