国家非遗兔儿爷流行于北京城的儿童玩具
兔儿爷是北京市的地方传统手工艺品,属于中秋应节应令的儿童玩具。每逢中节,北京城里的百姓都会供奉“兔儿爷”。这一习俗源自明代。后“兔儿爷”转变成儿童的中秋节玩具。有人仿照戏曲人物,把“兔儿爷”雕造成金盔金甲的武士,有的骑着狮、象、麒麟,有的背插纸旗或纸伞,或坐或立,讨人喜欢。

35-year-old Li Chunyu is an artist from Tianjin. With more than 10 years’ experience in creating polymer clay sculptures (软陶雕塑), Li has become really well-known for his artworks.
At a young age, Li’s biggest interest was using Plasticine (橡皮泥) to make different sculptures. In 2009, Li finished college and started working. One day a friend gave him a box of polymer clay, and this made him remember his long-lost dream.

Paper cutting is one of the most popular Chinese traditional arts. The history of paper cutting can date back to the 6th century. Its art works are often used to decorate (装饰) doors and windows. Chen Guorui, an art teacher in Fuzhou, has passed on an old skill of creating artwork with rice grains (米粒). This art known as gaoloumixian, started at the end of the Qing Dynasty and was popular during the Minguo period.
