Swimming is good for our health. It's a nice thing to swim when the weather is fine. Many people think swimming is easy to learn, but it isn't. I learned to swim with my friends last summer.
It was our first swimming lesson. Our teacher was Mr.Yang. He taught us in a big swimming pool. At first, I really wanted to play in the water, but I was very afraid. It was difficult for me to go into the water. I planned to quit.
Mr.Yang swam so well like a fish. I liked watching him swimming. He was a nice teacher. He taught me a lot about swimming and often encouraged(鼓励)me. Thanks to his help, I began to feel relaxed. After taking some lessons, I found swimming was very interesting and not so difficult. I kept practicing. Now I'm not afraid of the water anymore. I enjoy swimming and do it quite well.
