如何写书评

书评，即介绍并评论书籍的文章，以“书”为对象，实事求是地分析书的形式和内容，探求书的思想性、知识性和艺术性，从而在作者和读者之间构建信息交流的渠道。书评旨在表达自己对文学作品的理解和认识，启发和帮助读者提高阅读水平，并对作品的作者提出正确而有益的建议。

一、基本框架

开头：简述书籍的基本信息；

主体：主要介绍书中亮点，最好列出具体例子。对小说情节作简要勾勒。如果不是小说，写明作品的创作目的和主题；

结尾：总结自己的观点，讨论作品的主题和意义。要告诉读者：这本书是否值得一读。

二、常用表达

(一)开头部分常用表达

1．Of all the countless books I have ever read，．．．written by the famous writer．．．impressed me most．

在我所读过的不计其数的书中，由知名作家……所写的……给我留下了深刻的印象。

2．The masterpiece of．．．turned out to be the most impressive book of the 21st century，which inspires worldwide readers to seek the truth of life and pursue a colorful life．

……的代表作是21世纪最伟大的作品，激励全世界的读者去寻找生活的真谛，追求多彩的生活。

(二)主体部分常用表达

1．Set in．．．，the first appearance of．．．captured readers' mind immediately．

以……为背景的……一出版就引起了读者的关注。

2．It broke the record of bookselling，becoming the best-seller for the whole year．

它打破了图书销售纪录，成为一整年最畅销的书籍。

3．It deals with．．．and it is evident that most people imagine themselves being the hero of the book．

它讲述的是……很明显大多数人都把自己想象成书中的英雄。

4．The novel is very popular with．．．throughout the world because．．．Furthermore，it is recognised as the．．．work of modern literature．

这本小说在全世界广受……的欢迎，因为……并且它被认为是……的当代文学作品。

(三)结尾部分常用表达

1．To sum up，it is the writer's great imagination that has created a wonderful world full of．．．for us．

总之，是作者丰富的想象给我们创造了一个充满……的美妙世界。

2．In a word，the book is well worth reading．

总之，这本书很值得一读。
