七、
74.
Dear Michael,
I’m happy to tell you how Chinese students keep healthy. And I would like to take myself as an example.
First of all, a healthy diet is very important, so I eat food like rice, eggs, fish and vegetables every day. I also eat more fruit and drink enough water. Snacks and fast food are bad for our health. My parents always tell me to eat less of them.
Also, I take enough exercise every week. It keeps me away from getting sick and helps me study well. I often do morning exercises. I also do many kinds of exercises. I usually walk, run, jump or play football after school. It makes me relaxed.
That’s all I do for a healthy body. How about you?
Please write to me soon.
Yours,
Li Hua
