Then I wrapped his foot with bandage I happened to carry in my backpack, which is something I always do since you never know when an emergency may arise. Finally, I called our school nurse to come and take Li Ming to the infirmary for professional treatment. Li Ming was deeply moved by my prompt assistance and expressed his gratitude repeatedly. He thanked me not only for taking care of his injury but also for calming him down during this frightening moment. This incident made me realize the critical importance of having first aid knowledge.
