Having been in Beijing for 5 days, I have already travelled to various places here, but what attracts me most is “Peking Duck”, which has been cherished for centuries.
I highly recommend trying Peking duck because it not only represents the rich culinary heritages of China but also offers a truly indulgent dining experience. When putting the succulent duck meat with crispy skin, served with thin pancakes, spring onions, cucumber and hoisin sauce into mouth, I almost closed my eyes to enjoy the moment and couldn’t wait to enjoy the next.
