Step 1: Warming-up

Step 2: Presentation
1. Play the audio of the passage. Let students listen carefully and choose the correct words in the exercise. Check the answers together.
2. Present the text on the screen. Have students read it silently and answer the following questions:

When were the first cars invented?
How did the first bicycle look like?
What is Jeremy's favourite type of transportation?
3. Explain the key vocabulary and sentence patterns while answering the questions.
Step 3: Practice
1. Have students read the lesson again and fill in the blanks in the exercise. The first letter is given. Check the answers.
2. Show a picture of a bicycle and ask students to label the different parts such as seat, chain, pedals, etc.
