2. Show some pictures related to class pictures and ask students to share their ideas.
Step 3: While-reading (10 minutes)
1. Fast reading
Ask students to read the text quickly and answer the following questions:
Who are the main characters in the text?
What are they doing?
2. Careful reading
Students read the text again and complete the following tasks:
Answer the questions in Let's Do It! Part 1.
Fill in the blanks in the dialogue in Let's Do It! Part 2.
Check the answers together.
Step 4: Post-reading (5 minutes)
1. Group discussion
Ask students to work in groups and discuss: What should you do to make a class picture eye-catching? Fill in the mind map.
2. Group presentation
Invite some groups to present their ideas.
Step 5: Language points (5 minutes)
1. Explain the key vocabulary and phrases: traditional, perform, advise, be up to
2. Provide some examples and ask students to make sentences using these words and phrases.
Step 6: Writing practice (10 minutes)
1. Ask students to bring a photograph or drawing of themselves to school.

七、Teaching Reflection
Through this lesson, students were actively involved in various activities and showed a good understanding of the text. However, some students still had difficulty in using the new vocabulary and phrases accurately. In future lessons, more practice and examples should be provided to help them master the language points.
