The monolougue uses an example to introduce "problem parents" and give advice. THe conversation is about how Tina communicate with her mother and solve her problem. It tells us the importance of communication. Students also have many problems in their family. But they lack expressions and structures to describe them. Students can use simple sentence to describe problems, feelings. While they have no idea to give advice. 教学目标 After the class, students can: 1. listen for main ideas and key information of the monologue and the conversation. 2. imitate the tone of the speaker and read correctly. 3. talk about problems with their parents and give advice. 4. do a role play using expressions and sentences learned.  教学重难点 1. Do you love your parents? Are you always happy with your parents? 2. What problems do you think they have? 3. Who can you turn to for help to solve these problems? Lead-in · Look and say. 1. What's their relationship? 2. What is she doing? Who is she? (引出职业：family counselor，提供背景知识：family hotline) Before-listening Tick people who need to call family hotline for help. · Mary's child refuses to go to school and she can't talk to him. · Tony's father always beat him at home. · Tina's mother always dress as a queen when she picks Tina up. （引入场景：A girl is calling a family hotline for help. Let's hear what her problem is.） While-listening · Listen and choose. 1. What is Dr Chang talking about? a "Problem parents"bring "problem children". b There are more and more "problem parents". c "Problem parents" need a good talk. (听前教师带读选项，解释problem parents，problem children：parents or children who cause problems。) · Listen again and check the correct sentence(s). 1. Tina is a problem child. 2.
