第五板块 Reading for Writing
内容分析
本板块以“写你的节日经历”(Write about your festival experience)为主题,是读写结合板块。阅读语篇是一篇日记,为叙事性文本,描述了作者在内蒙古自治区与朋友共度“那达慕大会”的经历;写作任务是仿照阅读文本以自己的节日经历为内容,写一篇日记。本板块通过描述节日经历,欣赏多姿多彩的民族文化,培养学生的文化意识,坚定其文化自信。
教学目标
1.理解本文内容,感受文本传达的浓厚的节日气息和文化氛围,培养文化意识。
2.掌握日记的文本结构和语言特征,特别是日记首段的写作要点以及情绪情感的表达方式,增强文章感染力。
3.根据写作范式,完成一篇有关节日经历的日记,并结合评价标准评价习作。

1.学生观看内蒙古那达慕大会的视频片段,并回答以下问题。

(3) Which celebration impresses you most?
2.教师引导学生思考问题“If you were asked to write adiary about Naadam experience,what would be included?”。
活动二
1.教师引导学生快速阅读教材 Activity 1 文本右侧的篇章结构分析指导,聚焦日记文本的篇章结构,并回答问题“How many parts does a diary usually have? What are they?”。
Possible answers:

2.学生阅读教材Activity 1的日记正文,关注事件描写的内容,完成下列表格。

2. 教师引导学生分组,用刚才的标准互评作品,并提出修改意见。
3. 学生根据修改意见进一步修改习作。
4. 各组选出本组最佳作品并在班级内展示。
作业设计
1.常态学生:学习各组最佳作品的优点,进一步修改完善自己的习作。
2.超常态学生:完成教材 Workbook Reading and Writing Activity5中的写作任务。
3.选择性作业:阅读教材Workbook*Expanding Your World中的文章,并运用课堂上学习的分析文本结构、内容和语言特征的方法分析该文本。
补充建议
1.在活动三中,教师可以指导学生分组讨论选定的节日,共同完成写作提纲,然后组内成员独立完成初稿,这样有利于学生比较他们的作品在内容、语言、结构等方面的差异。
2.在活动四中,学生组内互评作品时,教师可以让学生为组员作品打分并写出评分理由。
