The main and difficult points 1. 难点：准确朗读send、wait a minute，以及课文中的连读、升降调。 2. 易错点：在does引导的一般疑问句中行为动词用原形；email、e-friend前面用an。 IV. Teaching procedures Activity One Step 1.
