Michael Fox is an unusual member of WWF. He is always concerned about the environmental problems because many beautiful creatures like sika deer(梅花鹿)，blue whales and rare insects are dying out at an alarming rate. What stirs up his emotion of worry more is that 180 species on average are becoming extinct every day. This mass extinction is majorly due to human activities. For example, Tibetan antelopes(羚羊)face a serious threat from illegal hunters always searching for them. They are shot to make profits as their fur and skin were made into products. Moreover, their living space is reduced with new roads and railways built. Therefore, he has written a report to protect the endangered wildlife. Firstly, posters should be put up in the neighbourhoods with the interntion of making everyone aware of the importance of protecting wildlife. Then, the authorities should take effective measures , such as building Natural Reserve through observing and simulating(模拟) the habitats that animals and plants can adapt to. Workers there should also be reminded of watching over day and night to keep them from attacks. Finally people should refuse goods made from endangered animals immediately. In summary, Michael Fox thinks only when people learn to exist in harmony with nature can we make progress in protecting endangered animals and making their population recover.
