The 800m race was about to begin. My heart was racing when I stood at the starting line. The teacher shouted, “Ready, steady, go!” I took off. My classmates cheered for me. I ran as fast as I could. The last 50 metres was challenging. I told myself not to give up. Finally, I reached the finish line. Though I didn’t come in first, I still felt proud of myself.

Why is the bike race the most difficult in the world?
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
What do you think of the extreme athletes like Richard Parks?
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Firstly, the race takes place in the Himalayas, and the Himalayas are known for their challenging height and extreme weather conditions. Secondly, the race covers 400 kilometres and lasts for ten days. Moreover, the athletes meet different dangers, such as high temperatures, and steep mountains.
I think they are very brave and strong. During the bike race, the athletes faced many problems, like bad weather and injuries, but they pushed themselves to the limit and overcame these difficulties.
