Module3 Unit 1 We’ll go to the zoo. 一、教材分析 本册教材是外研社版新标准英语(一年级起点)三年级下册。本课内容是第三模块第一单元We’ ll go to the zoo. 话题是谈论将来(周末)的活动。话题与学生的实际生活相关,学生会感到比较感兴趣。语言知识是运用will的肯定句、否定句、一般疑问句描述、询问、交流将来的活动,语言难度不大,教学重点在于培养学生的运用能力。 二、学情分析 三年级学生有意注意时间较低段有所增长,他们对新奇的事物有较强的好奇心,乐于设计并参加各类活动,所以对本课的话题会有深厚的学习兴趣。教师要为学生创设能在真实情境中完成的任务,启发学生去体验、去探究,充分发挥创造力,最终完成任务。在词汇拼读方面,学生已基本掌握元音及辅音的发音,但准确性有待强化和提高,对于新词尤为如此。本课单词中countryside和won’t含有合口双元音/ai//əu/、there含有集中双元音/εə/,教师应从口型到发音上引导学生将双元音发准确、发得饱满到位,由第一个音向第二个音滑动;countryside和farmer含/ʌ//a:/,教师应引导学生注意长短音的区别;there中的浊辅音/ð/较不易被学生掌握,教师需要注意对学生的口型、舌尖的位置进行纠正,从而帮助学生发准这个音;lots of中的两个o的发音分别为/ɔ//ə/,学生易混淆,教师应引导学生注意区分。在单词拼写方面,学生能掌握一定数量的单音节及部分简单的双音节单词的拼写,教师可以引导学生通过“加一加”的方式,以旧带新掌握本课的新词,例如:country+side=countryside、farm+er=farmer、t+here=there。在句型方面,学生在Module2 Unit2已经基本掌握了用“will”陈述未来活动的用法。但运用能力还有待进一步地提高,本课教师将通过创设较为真实的语言环境,让学生以听、说为主要练习途径,促进语用目标的达成。 三、教学目标 1. 语言知识目标 (1)功能:谈论将来的活动。 (2)语法:能运用will的肯定句、否定句及一般疑问句句型。 (3)词汇:能理解并运用:won’t=will not,countryside,farmer,there,lots of (4)语音:感知学习单词发音中的元音及课文句子的语调。 2. 语言技能目标 (1)听:能在图片和具体语境下听懂本课的句型。 (2)说: 能用will表达将要做的事情;能用“Will you….?” “Yes, I will./No, I won’t.”与他人交流。 (3)读: 能借助图片、单词卡及语境认读won’t=will not,countryside,farmer,there,lots of;能流利地朗读课文。 (4)写:能拼写won’t=will not,countryside,farmer,there,lots of以及常见的地点名词。 3. 情感态度目标 积极参与各种课堂学习活动,有合理安排时间及活动、有效利用时间的意识。 4. 学习策略 以任务为牵引,通过比赛、归纳等形式,学生能够在较为真实的语言情境中,乐于用英语与他人交流并展示自己,不断感知、实践、参与、合作、体验、探究,积极地用语言去做事,从而最大限度地提高综合语用能力。 5. 文化意识 通过制定周末计划并了解他人丰富多彩的周末活动,从而意识到合理安排时间、提前制定计划的重要性。在学习和日常交际中,能初步注意到中外文化异同。 四、教学重、难点 1. 重点 能理解课文,熟练掌握will的肯定、否定及一般疑问句形式。 2. 难点 能运用目标语句与他人分享自己的周末计划。 五、教学准备 CD、PPT、word cards、stickers、listening material 六、教学过程 (一)复习导入Warm-up and lead-in(6分钟) 操作方式: 1. Greeting. 2. Sing a song. (The London Eye, from M2U2) T: Do you want to go to London? Ss: Yes, I do. T: What will you see in London? S1: I will see…. S2: I will see…. S3: I will see…. T: That’s great. I hope you will have a good time there. 3. Lead-in. T: (Show the calendar) Today is Monday. We are staying at school. Tomorrow is Tuesday. Will you go to school? Ss: Yes, I will. T: Will you go to school this Friday? (屏幕出示) Ss: Yes, I will. (屏幕出示) T: Will you go to school this weekend? (屏幕出示) Ss: No, I won’t (屏幕出示)(被提问这一问题时,学生会以no来回答,教师此时帮着补充 No, I will not. (=won’t)(与don’t的发音进行类比记忆,用单词卡替换字母,读准单词后,教师以Will you go to school this weekend?提问3-5个学生,学生以No, I won’ t.作答) T: Where will you go this weekend? S1: I’ll go to …. T: What will you see? S2: I’ll see…. (语境中练习countryside) S1: You’ll see sheep in the countryside. S2: You’ll see pigs in the countryside. T: And I’ll see farmers in the countryside. (讲解farmer, 强调 /a:/发音,相同发音的car、park,类比记忆,farm农场,-er: 一类人,farmer农民,类似的teacher、worker、driver、writer,利用图片练习He’s a farmer. He works on the farm.) T: I'll pick some fruit and give them to you. So, let’s have a competition to win the fruit. Listen and match: ①T: Daming and Amy are talking about their weekend plan, let’s watch and find out: Where will they go? (Amy Sam Daming) ②Answer the questions: T: Where will Amy go this weekend? S1: She will go to the zoo. Ss: She will go to the zoo. T: Will Sam go, too? (屏幕出示) S2: Yes, he will. Ss: Yes, he will. He will go to the zoo.(课文挖空操练) T: Will Daming go, too? S3: No, he won’t. Ss: He won’t go to the zoo. (课文挖空,转换人称练习) T: Where will Daming go this weekend? S4: He will go to the countryside. (注意词组in the countryside,教师按意群领读) T: Yes. He will visit his grandpa in the countryside. (出示空)His grandpa is a ________. (学生补充) Ss: He’s a farmer. 2. Repeat and answer: What will Amy and Sam see in the zoo?
