Careful reading
Read Para2 carefully and answer questions.

Step6 Group work
By reading the passage about saving the sharks ,we believe that every life is worth respect. So please think about the question: What can we do to protect wild animals? Please discuss in your group and write down your thoughts on a piece of paper. The teacher walk around and give them some help when they need. Five minutes later ,ask some groups to show their thoughts. Put up their paper on the blackboard. Finally, the teacher sum up: There are many things we can do to protect wild animals. For example, we must refuse to eat wild animals and we must refuse to buy products made from endangered wildlife such as things made of elephant ivory. We should try our best to reduce pollution and protect the environment. For example, we can plant more trees and build more nature reserves. Of course, the government should develop more severe laws to stop the sale of wild animals and raise people’s awareness to protect wildlife. I believe if everyone can try their best to protect wild animals ,our action will lead to the better future world.

本节课是一节阅读课,我感觉这节课的设计还是比较成功的。在本节课上我充分运用一些信息化资源:如音频、图片以及西沃白板的资源库等各种功能提高学生学习兴趣,课堂效果很好。大多数学生的学习积极性很高,兴趣很浓,同时根据学生课堂思维活跃,求知欲强,表现欲强等特点,我采用不同教学方法来突出重点,从而更好突破难点,达到应有的教学效果。该班学生整体上有较好地学习习惯,课上认真听讲,认真思考,能积极参与课堂活动,勇于发言,已经逐步养成小组合作的习惯。而且该班学生整体思维活跃、反应快、课堂气氛较好。最后,情感升华环节,在学生对课文掌握了之后,通过 Group work:What can we do to protect wild animals?学生展开讨论、展示、教师总结,让学生学会如何从自身保护濒危的野生动物,达到了情感目标的实现。本节课我感觉自己口语能力下滑,今后在课堂中应尽量的多用口语
