Ⅰ.阅读理解 A (2024·高三第一次联合模拟考试)In July,I received an e­mail from Richard K.Weems, who directed the creative writing division of the New Jersey Governor's School of the Arts.He hired me to teach poetry to a group of gifted high school students. Though the book has been criticized as it can be understood in different ways, it is because of the truth in it that the book succeeds.Again the book is written for children.Different children have their own ways to understand the book and will consider it interesting.
