I found myself confused and depressed in the first few weeks of my studying abroad. I was also overwhelmed with homesickness, recalling all sorts of things back home. Later, I stepped out of my comfort zone and gradually adapted to the new surroundings. Besides, I grasped every opportunity to gain exposure to different cultures and get deep insights. Moreover, engaged in my study and getting involved in social activities, I started to feel at home. With everything changing for the better, I have become more motivated and ambitious.
