Life is not perfect. It has never been and never will be. We often complain about(抱怨) the weather, the traffic, and the plants in our yard. We complain about tight clothing, misplaced keys, late planes. 1 Here are some useful steps to help you complain less.
Consider the importance of accepting the change. 2 But when given the choice(选择), most of us would prefer to give life rather than waste life with our words.
3 Life is not always going to achieve what we would like ( or even expect) at every turn. There will be trouble. Again, this is okay. And the sooner we can accept the fact that our contribution(贡献) is far more needed than our pleasure.
Avoid beginning conversations with a complaint. Often, when we talk with a complaint, we’ ll begin to complain too. So, try not to begin conversations with a complaint. 4
Notice your triggers(触发). 5 Morning, evening, or late afternoon? When you are drinking coffee or having lunch with your friends? Maybe it is around the water cooler(饮水冷却器) with your co- workers. Take notice. Then, avoid triggers if possible.
Complaining achieves little purpose in our lives. We'd live happier without it. Moving forward, let's accept the actual instead.
A. Please accept an imperfect world as possible as you can.
B. And try spreading some cheer with your opening line instead.
C. Many of us complain only because we never considered there may be a better way.
D. Is there a time period of the day you want to complain more than others?

A helicopter arrived and the pilot put down a rope.“ Climb up,” he shouted to the old man.“ The water is still rising. You' ll be drowned.” But the old man still didn't want to leave his house.“ God will save me,” he cried, and the helicopter flew away.
The next day, the old man drowned in the rising water. He went to heaven. When he saw God, he asked,“ God, why didn't you save me from the rising water? I was waiting for you all the time!” God shouted angrily,“ Fool! I sent a boat and even a helicopter to save you, but you refused!”
