Unit 1 You and Me Instruction Design Section B Writing 1. The analysis of the text. 【What】The writing part is about introducing oneself from varied angles like name, age, class, hobbies, habits. 【How】The writing part consists of four parts, including brainstorming, useful expressions, sample analysis and output task. Step by step, it scaffold by the content, language and structure. 【Why】It aims to make the learners output expressions in the authentic context by writing a passage to introduce oneself. 2. The analysis of students. 【Strength】Students have learned related expressions regarding the task.【Weakness】It’s challenging for them to complete the task with abundant expressions. 3.
