Step 1 Warming-up
· Greeting to students. Let’s sing a song: 12 months.
【设计意图】暖场激活课堂学习气氛,以月份歌曲带入课堂,让学生提前感知即将新授的月份单词发音
Step 2 Lead in
· Teacher presents Ann and her mum’s picture of Lesson2 Unit5 and make students listen and think“What should Ann wear?”
【设计意图】以第五单元情境导入旧知,带入Unit6本单元主题birthday,从而复习到旧知,What should Ann wear in a birthday party又导入了主题
· Teacher presents the topic of Unit6
· Teacher presents the target and the self-assessment of Unit 6
【设计意图】 揭示新课主题,提出本课时目标及自我评价项目,让学生了解本课时目标及评价项目,帮助学生提升学习策略
Step 3 Presentation
· Teacher presents the topic of Birthday and makes students think:关于生日,你想到了什么?引出food, party, presents and date of the birthday
【设计意图】 以生日主题让学生发散性思维思考谈论与生日话题的一些子主题,如食物,派对,礼物和生日日期,目的是引出date的话题,这些子主题也为本单元后面的第二课时讨论询问具体的生日时间,写生日邀请函等做了伏笔,起到一个单元整体教学设计的铺垫。
· Teacher presents a picture of Yaoyao and her classmates are having class in the classroom. They are talking about the birthday. Do you know when is Yaoyao’s birthday? 老师展示日历,带领学生学习唱诵月份歌曲,了解一年有12个月。
【设计意图】从日历着手,引出问题:Yaoyao 的生日是什么时候?
Step 4 Let’s learn
· Listen to a birthday song of Yaoyao and her classmates and to learn the months January and February. T presents the pic of Yaoyao and the sentence: My birthday is in January.
· Make Ss know the months of winter are Dec. Jan. Feb.
· Listen to the song again and think when is Joy’s birthday? Andy’s birthday?
and learn the words: March April May are spring. Jun August September are autumn.
【设计意图】通过听歌曲观察到歌曲中几个人物的生日来新授12个月份,并让学生了解一年级四季都有那几个月份,复习每个季节的气候。
Step 5 Let’s Practice
· Sing a song about months
· Listen and say the worlds of months
【设计意图】通过另外一首月份歌曲让学生再次巩固新授单词,记住月份顺序,听音判词,强化月份发音及顺序。
· Teacher presents Yaoyao and her classmates are talking their birthday.
· Invite students come to blackboard to choose the month of their own birthday and introduce their own birthday. Hello, I am...My birthday is in...
· Teacher presents the writing of the key sentence and make the students finish the worksheet.
Step 6 Let’s sum up
· The meaning of birthday: Say thanks to mum and love yourself, that’s best birthday present for yourself.
【设计意图】在前面揭示本课主题,学习词汇及句子中铺垫我们为什么要庆祝重视每个人的生日,在此引导学生生日的意义,感恩母亲带给自己生命,爱护好自己就是最好的生日礼物,起到本单元主题的升华。
Step7 Self- assessment
· Teacher make students to finish the self-assessments
【设计意图】根据新课标要求,教学评一体化,学生在带着学习目标全程参与后要进行自我评价,检查自己目标是否达成,以便教师更好地掌握本节课的学情有针对性地为下一节课做好准备。
