Some studies even show that exercise keeps people's skin fit.Exercise helps keep skin cells alive and healthy by increasing blood flow.Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to working cells throughout the body,including the skin.In addition to providing oxygen,blood flow also helps carry away waste products.You can think of it just like cleaning your skin from the inside.
