—I' m in Class 1. 我在一班。
What class are you in?询问对方所在的班级,回答则给出了所在班级的信息。在回答中,"Class" 后面通常会跟着具体的班级编号或名称。注意class的首字母要大写。What 可以用Which 代替,变为:Which class are you in? 你在哪一个班?

Who' s your class teacher? 是一个特殊疑问句。Who's是"Who is" 的缩写,用于询问某人的身份。
