Type: Listening &speaking Discourse study(语篇研读) What: 本课语篇是Tony,Betty和guide三人在动物园参观动物时的对话。对话的主要内容是讨论见到的不同动物,不同动物的主要特性以及它们的食物。 Why: Tony,Betty和guide关于动物园动物、特点及其食物等的问答,可以帮助学生了解动物相关的信息。学生通过学习,能够将所学词汇和语言结构在新情景中表达。 How: 本课通过在动物园参观时的对话使学生掌握动物相关词汇如 bear, elephant, giraffe,对动物简单描述It’s…,It eats…, 以及提问对方某种动物吃什么的表达Does…?/Do …?同时做出肯定或否定回答Yes, it does.No. it doesn’t /Yes, they do. No. they don’t。 Teaching goals: Students will be able to: 1. spell and pronounce words about zoo animals: bear, elephant, giraffe, lion… 2. use a listening skill: write the first letter or the first two letters in listening if they need. 3. talk about their favourite animals by use sentences structures like Does it…?/Do they…? Have students free talk about animals. 2. Show the pictures of different animals and let students guess the animal by the clues. 3.
