The Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated on the 5th day of the 5th month of the traditional Chinese lunar calendar. It is also called the Double Fifth Festival. On this day, People often eat Zongzi and have Dragon Boat races to remember Qu Yuan.

Long long ago, there was a famous poet called Qu Yuan. He felt that the country was not saved, so he jumped into the river.

Customs of Dragon Boat Festival
In order to prevent the fish biting Qu’s body, the Chu people threw Zongzi into the river, and the custom of making and eating Zongzi has been preserved until now.
