Sanya is located at the southernmost(最南的) part of Hainan. A visit to the Great Wall, the longest manmade structure in the world, is absolutely essential. Guilin, is a prefecture-level(地市级) city in the northeast of China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is situated on the west bank of the Li River(漓江) and borders Hunan to the north. Its name means Forest of Sweet Osmanthus(桂花), owing to the large number of fragrant(芳香) sweet osmanthus trees located in the city. The city has long been renowned for its scenery of karst topography(喀斯特地貌) and is one of China's most popular tourist destinations.
