　　　　　　　　　Writing——如何写建议信[对应学生用书第44页] 建议信是应用文的一种，是写信人就某一问题或事件提出看法、建议或忠告的一类书信。建议信要写明写信的原因、建议的内容以及提出建议的理由。提出建议的理由要合情合理，语气一定要和缓；行文简明扼要，目的明确，具有说服力；人称为第一人称，时态以一般现在时为主。 写好一封建议信应注意以下几点： 1．信文要素要齐全。建议信的信文通常有六个部分：信头(发信人的地址和发信日期)；信内地址(收信人姓名、职位、地址等)；称呼；正文；结束语；签名。有时信头和信内地址可省略。 2．建议要简明扼要，具有合理性和说服力。建议信要写出写信的原因，建议的内容，提出建议的理由。在阐述自己的建议时要目的明确，切中要害。对某一个或某些建议可适当发表自己的看法，但要适可而止，不可漫无边际，喧宾夺主。另外要注意给出的建议要有一定的价值，能够引起读者的兴趣和注意力，这样才能达到进一步交流并解决问题的目的。 3．语气要中肯、礼貌。应该首先肯定对方的优点，然后再写需要改进的地方或针对具体情况提出具体建议或忠告。要考虑到收信人的感受，千万注意不要用说教的口气，也不能把你的想法强加于对方，应该用坦诚的态度提出建议，以理服人，要让对方时刻感受到这是一种交流。 4．论述要逻辑分明、合情合理。要让对方考虑并接受自己的建议，就要在说理的过程中尽量站在对方的角度客观地谈问题，努力做到逻辑分明、理由充分、合情合理，只有这样才能让对方接受你的建议。 [基本框架] 建议信通常采用“三段式”结构： 第一段：表明写作意图，陈述事由； 第二段：围绕建议，展开说明，阐述理由和根据，以及所提出的建议会给对方带来的好处； 第三段：简单予以希望，希望收信人一定采纳自己的建议，并相信该建议会对对方有所帮助。 [常用词语] 1．deal with处理 2．share sth.with sb．和某人分享某物 3．in some aspects在某些方面 4．Internet互联网，因特网 5．network网络，网状系统 6．convenient便利的，方便的 7．with the popularity of the Internet随着互联网的普及 8．distract one's attention分散某人的注意力 9．have a negative effect有负面影响 10．text message手机短信 11．keep a balanced diet保持均衡的饮食 12．unhealthy eating habit不健康的饮食习惯 13．unhealthy不健康的，不卫生的 14．unfit不健康的 15．put on weight增加体重 16．suffer from遭受，患上 17．rather than而不是 18．learn from sb．向某人学习 19．harmful有害的 20．pressure压迫，压力 [常用语句] 1．建议信开头常用句式 I am writing to express my views about… 我写信是要表达我对……的看法。 You have asked for my advice on…and I will try to make some suggestions. 你问我有关……的事情，我会尽力提出一些建议。 2．表达建议常用句式 If I were you, I would… 如果我是你，我会…… I would like to suggest that…我想建议…… It would seem to me that you could… 我认为你可以…… I think it would be more beneficial if you could… 我想如果你能……，可能会更好 In my opinion, you should…在我看来，你应该…… In my experience, it seems that… 根据我的经验，似乎…… I will be more than happy to see improvements in this regard． 如果这方面有所改善我会非常开心的。 3．建议信结尾常用句式 Please let me know if I can help further. 如果我能对你有进一步的帮助，请告知。 I would be ready to discuss this matter to further details. 我时刻准备着就此事进行更详尽的讨论。 I believe you will take my advice into account. 我相信你会认真考虑我的建议的。 I hope you will find these proposals/suggestions/recommendations practical/useful/helpful. 我希望这些建议/意见/看法对你来说实用/有用/有帮助。 假定你是李华，你的笔友王强最近沉迷于玩电脑游戏，这给他带来很多危害。请你给他写一封书信，劝说他戒掉这个不良习惯，并提出建议。内容包括： 1．浪费了学习的时间； 2．对身心健康造成危害； 3．你的建议。 注意：1.词数80左右； 2．可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。 [审题谋篇] 明确体裁话题：建议信，电脑游戏的危害。 确定人称时态： 以第一、三人称及一般现在时为主。 布局文章架构： 首段：点出写信的目的； 中段：说明电脑游戏的危害及建议； 尾段：呼应首段。 列出核心要点： 1．电脑游戏浪费学习的时间； 2．电脑游戏对身心健康造成危害； 3．建议。 [词汇推敲] 1．be addicted to对……很入迷 2．play computer games玩电脑游戏 3．to begin with首先 4．in addition另外 5．do harm to/be harmful to对……有害 6．violence暴力 7．mental health心理健康 8．break away from挣脱；脱离 9．take part in/participate in参加，参与 10．broaden one's horizons开阔某人视野 [遣词造句] ①Hearing that you are addicted to playing computer games, I felt very worried． 听说你沉溺于电脑游戏，我很担心。 ②To begin with, it will make you waste too much valuable time. 首先，它会使你浪费太多宝贵的时间。 ③The valuable time should be spent on your study． 这些宝贵的时间应该花在学习上。 ④In addition, playing games for a long time will do harm to your health, especially to your eyes. 此外，长时间玩游戏会损害你的健康，尤其是对你的眼睛。 ⑤Some games are full of violence． 有些游戏充满了暴力。 ⑥This will be harmful to your mental health. 这对你的心理健康有害。 ⑦I strongly hope that you can break away from it. 我非常希望你能摆脱它。 ⑧You can read more good books, take more exercise or participate in some social activities to broaden your horizons． 你可以多读好书、多锻炼身体或参加一些社会活动来开阔视野。 [句式升级] 1．用限制性定语从句合并句②与句③ To begin with, it will make you waste too much valuable time which should be spent on your study. 2．用非限制性定语从句合并句⑤与句⑥ Some games are full of violence, which will be harmful to your mental health.
