(1)contact作动词时是及物动词, 其后不需要加介词with。
(2)keep/be in contact with和be out of contact with表状态, 可与时间段连用;而make contact with和lose contact with表示动作, 不能与时间段连用。

[句式剖析]
该句属于“It+be+n./adj.+(for/of sb.)to do sth.”句型, 其中it为形式主语, 不定式短语作真正的主语。
(1)It+be+adj.+(for sb.)+ to do sth.(某人)做某事是……
当作表语的形容词(easy、 difficult、 important等)说明不定式行为的性质和特点时, 常用“for sb.”引出不定式的逻辑主语。
(2)It+be+adj.+(of sb.)+to do sth.(某人)做某事是……
当作表语的形容词(kind、 nice、 good等)说明不定式的逻辑主语的性格和品行时, 常用“of sb.”引出不定式的逻辑主语。
