1.if条件状语从句的概念
条件状语从句就是在复合句中表示主句动作发生的条件的一种状语从句。
2.if条件状语从句的位置
if引导的条件状语从句既可以放在主句之前,也可以放在主句之后。if
从句在主句前时常用逗号隔开,在主句后通常不用逗号隔开。
If you ever go to London, make sure you visit the Science

(3)当主句含有can, may, must, should等情态动词时,从句用一般现在

Dear editor(编辑),
My English teacher is very strict with us. Some days ago, when
we were in class, Tom asked me a question. But my English teacher
thought we were talking in class. She asked us to stand at the back of
the classroom for a few minutes. This made me upset(苦恼的).
11
After that, I feel nervous in her class, so I don't like her class. However, I really want to learn English well. What should I do?
Yours,
Mike
续表
12
Dear Mike,
I am sorry you are having difficulty with your English class. Every
teacher wants his or her students to study hard. So I think you should
have a talk with your English teacher and tell her what you did with
Tom that day. If she knows your worries, maybe she will help you with
your English. And she will be happy to hear you want to learn English
well.
续表
13
Of course, you should know that what your teacher did was good for
you. When you are not trying as hard as you can, she has to stop it
and try to help you. Wish you have a better life!
Yours,
Editor

二、选择型阅读理解(D)
主题:人与社会——人际交往 文体:说明文 难度:★★★★☆
①Have you ever been trying to talk to a family member, only to
realize that you can't speak his or her name out? You suddenly can't
remember your cousin's name correctly and start calling them all of your
other relatives' names.
②We've all experienced that situation—it usually happens among
our closest friends or family members, so we just laugh it off. But some
researchers wanted to find out why.
18
③They got 1,700 people together and asked them whether they had
ever been misnamed(叫错名字), or if they had ever misnamed
someone else. Then they asked those 1,700 people what names were
accidentally(意外地) used and about the relationship between them.
④Unsurprisingly, they found that the most common culprits(过错者)
were parents(usually Mums), calling their kids by the wrong siblings'
(兄弟姐妹) names, or even family pets' names!
19
⑤What the researchers discovered is that misnaming generally
happens within social groups, meaning that when family members call
other family members by the wrong names, they usually use the name of
another person in the family, while friends use other friends' names.
20
⑥When we store information in our brains, we keep it in a network.
In this network, the related(相关的) information is stored in the same
group. Sometimes when we try to get the information, we accidentally
end up saying something else from that same group. That's why people
call others by the wrong names.
⑦So, instead of getting unhappy if someone calls you the wrong
name, or getting embarrassed(尴尬的) if you call someone the wrong
name, just remember that it's a sign of love.
21

(指代)?( )

①Have you ever been misnamed?
②Who did you give a wrong name?
③How often do you give a wrong name?
A. ①③ B. ②③ C. ①②
C
3. What's the result of the research?( )
A
A. People may misname two persons in the same social group.
B. People mix up the whole information they've got in a network.
C. People call others wrong names because they love each other.
23
4. What's the purpose of Paragraph ⑥?( )
A
A. To explain the reasons why people misname others.
B. To show the ways how people store information.
C. To introduce the people who often misname others.
5. What can be inferred(推断) from the text?( )
