B3. My dream restaurant
I would like to open a pizza restaurant in an attractive location in the city
centre. The ideal place would be by the riverside. There are a number of
restaurants there, but none that sells pizza. Many office buildings are located
in the area, and it is also a popular shopping district, which means that the
restaurant will have a steady flow of customers.
The menu will consist of a variety of food. Besides pizza, there will be some pasta dishes
as well as finger food, such as chicken wings and onion rings. There will also be one or
two Chinese dishes on the menu for those customers who do not like pizza.
What is special about this restaurant is that it will serve delicious,
Italian-style pizza. The customers will be able to choose from a wide variety
of high-quality ingredients, especially different kinds of Italian cheese.
