There are some museums that try to be a little different. Museum Kimchikan Seoul, Republic of Korea If you don’t know about kimchi, a trip to Museum Kimchikan is an eye-opening experience. The museum was founded in 1986 to highlight Republic of Korea’s rich kimchi culture. The show includes displays of cooking utensils (厨具) and materials related to making, storing, and eating the famous pickled (腌制的) vegetables.
