6. Deepen the knowledge of weather and geography and know different weather in
different cities.
7. Consolidate the knowledge learned and integrate it into today’s topic--weather.

1. Watch a video and introduce the topic: season.
Step 2 Presentation
1. Learn the name of four seasons
a. Use the pictures to present the words: spring, summer, winter, autumn. During this activity, the teacher helps students aware the relationship between the letters and their sounds. And students can learn the phonetic symbol. What’s more, some students can use what they have learned before to describe the pictures, like the words about color.
b. Listen and repeat the new words
2. Learn the words about weather in the sentence
a. Try to read by using the phonetic symbols.

3. Learn the question sentences
a. Learn the question sentences in the dialogue. Let students pay attention to the intonation and consolidate what have learned .
