Unit 2 I’ll help you clean up the city parks Section B 2a-2e 教材分析 本单元以"志愿服务与慈善(Volunteering and charity)"为话题，设计了不同层次的语言实践活动，教会学生表达如何做志愿服务以及对别人的帮助表达感谢。本节课以Section B进行展开，进一步拓展了Section A的话题，从谈论如何帮助别人，延展到在帮助别人的过程中如何克服困难，进一步过渡到如何感谢别人提供的帮助。该部分在语言上，复现了动词不定式的用法，扩充了帮助他人和克服困难的词汇和表达法。在技能上，听力输入到阅读训练再以读促写，逐层推进。在情感上，鼓励学生在课余时间力所能及地帮助别人，在帮助别人的过程中，培养自己的能力，使自己获得幸福。 一、教学目标 （一）掌握重点词汇和短语： letter, Miss, disabled, blind, deaf, imagine, difficulty, open, door, carry, train, excited, training, kindness, clever, understand, change, set up, make a difference。 （二）阅读短文，获得相关信息，进行归纳总结，提高自己的综合阅读能力。 （三）培养自己热心公益事业，爱护动物的优良品质。 （四）小组合作自主探究完成学习任务，培养团结意识和合作能力。 二、教学重难点 教学重点：掌握重点词汇和短语并理解文章； 教学难点：提高阅读能力以及总结归纳，提取重要信息能力。 三、教学过程 Step 1 Warming up 1.Play the video about a blind man, and ask a question: What’s the matter with the man? (blind) 2.Show the pictures about the disabled people, and ask: Who can help them in their daily life? (A special trained dog) Then watch a video about a special trained dog. 3.Question: What can a special trained dog help to do?
