单元概述
【单元内容】
This unit is a transitional and welcome unit for you just entering senior high school. The theme is presented from what you see and what you feel to what you should do at the beginning of the school. In this unit you will know something about others’ first senior high school day, learn and talk about your own learning style and strategy, and form your own student profile. As Laozi said in Tao Te Ching, “A thousand-mile journey begins with the first step”, it is hoped that you could realize the importance of a good beginning is half done and do your best to learn the past and seize the present.

【单元目标】
By the end of the unit, you will be able to:
1. describe the Chinese and foreign high school students’ learning life and feelings at the beginning of the school to get off to a good start and define the future by learning the past and seizing the present;
2. choose the appropriate languages to introduce yourself or others according to the different occasions and conversations to establish good interpersonal relations when meeting the new people;
3. list more effective and mature methods
