2024届高三英语二轮复习应用文写作申请信讲义

文体2    申请信 写作架构     申请信有很多种，比如求职申请、加入某组织或活动的申请等。由于此类题目常有较多的文字提示，写作时除了应注意格式上的要求外，也应注意审题全面，不能遗漏要点。具体写作结构为：     第一段：点明写信目的，自我介绍，点出信息来源；     第二段：详述个人优势；     第三段：表达感谢，简述获准后的打算，期盼批准。 提分必背句式 1、首段常用语 ① I am  ... , a Chinese student who ... I'm more than delighted to learn that ... 我是...... ， 一名 ...... 的中国学生。得知 ......， 我非常高兴。 ② I would like to do some voluntary work for the exhibition, so I'm writing to apply for the position as a volunteer.   我想为展览做一些志愿工作，所以写信申请志愿者的职位。 2、主体部分常用语 ① To begin with, I have a good command of English and I am familiar with ...  首先，我精通英语并且熟悉......  ② I have a good knowledge of English, enabling me to communicate with others well.   我精通英语，这使我能够很好地与他人交流。 ③ I am easy-going and have strong team spirit, which helps me to get along well with others.  我性格随和，有很强的团队精神，这有助于我与他人友好相处。  3、结尾常用语 Given the precious chance, I hold the firm belief that I can perfectly live up to your expectations.  如果能够得到这个宝贵的机会，我坚信我可以完美地达到您的期望。 小贴士： 应用文的写作要求是80词左右，按最新版的应用文评分细则，词数少于60或多于100，扣2分，所以同学们在写作时要分三段书写并紧扣主题，切勿过度发挥而超词扣分。 练习 假定你是李华，从互联网上得知一个国际中学生组织将在伦敦举办夏令营，欢迎各国学生参加。请你写信申请参加。内容主要包括： 1.自我介绍 2.参加意图 3.希望获准 ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 参考范文 Dear sir/madam, I am Li Hua, presently a student studying in a senior high school in China.
