文体1    邀请信 写作架构     邀请信是邀请收信人参加某项活动的书信，在写作时，语气要热情真挚，不要强人所难。一般具体写作结构为：     第一段：表明写作意图，向某人发出邀请；     第二段：说明邀请的具体原因和邀请的内容；     第三段：期待对方接受邀请，表示感谢。 提分必背句式 1、首段常用语 ① I am writing to invite you to ... / I'm writing to tell you that there will be a ...  我写信邀请你...... / 我写信告诉你将有一个/场...... ② I am very pleased to invite you to participate in ... to be held in ...  我很高兴邀请你参加将在......举行的...... ③ I think it would be great if you could participate in ... 我想你要是能来参加......那就太好了。 2、主体部分常用语 ① Here are some details about this activity. / The following are some details about this activity. / Some details about this activity are as follows.  本次活动的一些细节如下。 ② During the ..., we will have lots of activities which you will be interested in. First, ... Second, ... In addition, ...  在......期间，我们将有很多你会感兴趣的活动。第一，...... 第二，...... 另外，...... ③ I am sure that you must be very interested in the activities at the party. For one thing, ... For another, ...  我相信你一定对聚会上的活动很感兴趣。一方面，...... 另一方面，...... 3、结尾常用语 ① Would you please drop me a line to let me know whether you can come to ... ? 请回信告诉我你是否能来......，好吗？ ② If you are interested in it, please let me know and I'll send you more information. 如果你感兴趣，请告诉我，我给你发送更多的信息。 ③ I  would to meet you there and please let me know your decision soon.  我想在那里见到你，请尽快告诉我你的决定。 小贴士：     应用文的写作要求是80词左右，按最新版的应用文评分细则，词数少于60或多于100，扣2分，所以同学们在写作时要分三段书写并紧扣主题，切勿过度发挥而超词扣分。 练习----- 邀请一起过端午节 - 假定你是李华，计划和同学骑自行车去西湖过端午节（the Dragon Boat Festival)。请给外教Lucy写封邮件，邀她一同前往，内容包括：  1. 出发及返回时间； 2. 活动：吃粽子(rice dumpling)、观看龙舟比赛等。 注意：  1.词数100左右； 2.可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯； 3.结语已为你写好。 Dear Lucy, ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ __________________
