Unit 3 Where would you like to visit? 第二课时 Section A(3a-3c) 【教学目标】 1.知识目标: 掌握单词、短语: spotlight, capital, France, lively, sight, including, church, convenient, underground, translate.;in general, consider doing sth, one of the liveliest places. 掌握句型:Why not consider visiting Paris? It's convenient to take the underground train to most places. 2.能力目标 : (1)能流畅描述自己想去的地方。 (2) 掌握阅读的基本策略,提高灵活运用目标语言的能力 3. 情感目标:了解不同城市人文风貌,保护环境,文明出行,争做文明出行践行者。 【教学重难点】能流畅描述自己想去的地方。 教学过程 二次备课 Before class: Enjoy a song and watch a video about the world’s beautiful sights. Step 1 Greeting Say hello to students. Explain the class rules to class: I will divide you into three groups. If you answer questions or show yourselves bravely, you can get one point for your group. Finally, the group who win the most stickers can get gifts. Step 2 Learn about learning aims. Step 3 Warming up &Leading in Create a situation: The world is so big. We all would like to visit. I am your teacher and I am a professional guide. Today let me lead you travel around the world. If you can finish the four challenges, you can be a guide, too. Now Let’s go to the first station. (创设一个情境:世界这么大,我们都想去看看。今天由老师这个导游带领大家环游世界,如果你能完成这四个挑战,你也可以成为一名导游。将此情境贯穿整堂课,通过旅行方式,引出话题:旅游热门景点。) Step4 Presentation: Learn new words1.Guessing game: Our first station is a city in China. It has convenient underground. It has some fantastic sights. It is the capital of China. (通过语言描述,学生猜测所描述的中国城市,引入中国北京的介绍,在介绍中渗透本课新词。将新词融入语境中学习。) 2.T:What do you think of Beijing?
