There are many ways for students to get to school in the world. The way to get to school depends on where they live. In North America, most students often get to school on the school bus. Some students ride their bikes to school. In Japan, most students take the train to school. Some students go to school on foot.

Things are dif ferent in our country. In big cities, students usually go to school by bike or by bus. And in places where there are rivers and lakes, students always go to school on a boat. That must be a lot more(更)fun than taking a bus. For many students, it’s easy to get to school. However, it’s quite dif ficult for students in some villages. There is no bridge over the river. They can’t go by boat because the river runs very quickly. So the students cross the river on a ropeway to go to school. It takes them half an hour to cross the river. Even though it is not easy, the students are not afraid because they want to learn more at school.
