The teacher plays the video of “Let’s chant”. (课件出示:教材 P59 Let’s chant的视频) Students clap their hands and chant with the music. 3.Let’s play. Game: Find and read. The teacher uses the PPT to show some words that contain vowels. Students say more words that contain vowels as many as they can. panda, cat, fat, dad, cap… red, seven, pen, eleven, bed… six, big, gift, milk, chicken… orange, dog, body, not, on… fun, bus, cut, run, duck… 设计意图：通过让学生自己在已学单词里寻找元音字母,并在教师的带领下学习这五个元音字母的发音,使学生更加深刻地理解和掌握这五个元音字母,从而更好地运用到学习､生活中｡ Step 2: Presentation 1.Let’s spell. (1)The teacher shows the PPT of the words that contain vowels, then asks students to read them. (2)The teacher leads students to learn the pronunciation of the vowels. 2. Chant and write. (1) The teacher shows the pictures of “Chant and write”. (课件出示:教材 P60 Let’s spell的图片) (2) Students listen to the recording and fill in the blanks. (播放课件) (3) Check the answers together. (课件出示:填空题答案) 设计意图：通过练习,强化学生对这五个元音字母的理解与记忆,练习时配合有节奏的chant,使练习显得不那么枯燥｡打地鼠游戏,让学生进一步熟悉五个元音字母,使他们在游戏中记住五个元音字母｡ hack-a-mole. Do some exercises. Show the PPT of some words that contain vowels. Ask students to classify the words according to the pronunciation of the underlined letters. 2. Game: Sharp eyes.
