unit 9 Can you come to my party? 80。 Sunday go shopping in the supermarket Monday go to Mary's birthday party Tuesday go to the doctor Wednesday play tennis with the school team Thursday have a science test Friday go to the movies with some friends Saturday do some washing (1) We'd/I'd like to invite you to ... (2)I am looking forward to ... (3) Thanks for … (4)I'm sorry. I'm not available ... Hi Henry, Thanks for inviting me to go climbing next week. I'm sorry. I'm not available.①I am really busy next week.② On Sunday I am going shopping in the supermarket, and on Monday I will go to Mary's birthday party. On Tuesday I'll go to the doctor. On Wednesday I am going to play tennis with the school team and I will have a science test on Thursday. I will go to the movies with some friends on Friday. On Saturday I will have to do some washing. Oh, it is late. I must stop now.③ I hope you will have a good time.④ Write back soon. 易错提醒: A. thanks for … B. 表示“希望某人做某事”时可以用‘“hope+从句”,而不能用 hope sb. to do sth.。 4. Dear Tom, Thank you very much for inviting me to your birthday party this Sunday. I'd love to go, but I can't. My parents are away on business. They won't come back until next week. So now I have to look after my grandpa because he is ill in bed. I also need to study for my coming math exam. I'm very sorry that I can't go to your birthday party
