But have you ever stopped to wonder what works are read outside of China and how they are received? Today, four Sinologists and translators share their experience of Chinese literature with us. That movie gave me so many reasons to fall in love with China. I was amazed by Chinese kung fu, of course - everyone loves kung fu, don’t they? I also thought the Chinese language sounded so beautiful, and I found that I liked Chinese music, too - I just loved the movie’s theme tune, Song of the Shepherd.
